

This is one of the EASIEST dips you can make in just 2 minutes. There are only 6 ingredients! It pairs with pretty much anything, (but my favourite is Yamitsuki Shio Kyabetsu which is pictured above!)
Recipe:
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp white sweet miso
3 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp Toasted Sesame oil
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tbsp ground toasted sesame seeds
pinch of salt



In a medium bowl, add the mayonnaise, white miso, lemon juice, toasted sesame oil, sugar and ground sesame seeds. Stir until smooth (break up any lumps of miso paste). Taste to see it it is salty enough, and add a pinch of salt if necessary.
Use as a dip with veggies, fried chicken, dumplings and pretty much everything in between!
Will last a little over a week in your fridge. Enjoy!
